Self-Care is Not Selfish, its self-love

Every Workshop will begin with a 30 minute session on becoming Self-Aware and Journaling of Emotions and Self-Care Goal Setting.

Followed then by the Theme for the Workshop, every workshop will have a different focus, which will be discussed within the group sharing circle and then an activity to make a product connected to the Theme.

GRATITUDE WORKSHOP 
Octobers focus is an Attitude of Gratitude..

Practicing gratitude regularly means you can take time to notice and reflect upon the things you are thankful for, and experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems! 

For this Workshop, you will need: 
  • To download the ‘I Can’ Self-Help Journal Template here
And have to hand the following items:
  • Glass Jar
  • Paper
  • Strong Glue for crafting
  • Craft items to decorate the Jar – pens, stickers, lace, sequins, glitter, ribbon etc
 VISION BOARD WORKSHOP 
Decembers focus is a Vision of Success..

Creating a sacred space that displays what you want, actually does bring it to life. What we focus on expands. What we vision, can help manifest the reality and what we think we deserve, is exactly what we will get! 

So if you have been consimed with negative thinking and visiualising, this is the perfect workshop for you to create some positivity in your life!

For this Workshop, you will need: 
  • To download the ‘I Can’ Self-Help Journal Template here
And have to hand the following items:
  • Corkboard / Canvas
  • Old Magazines
  • Markers / Paint
  • Glue / Tape or Pins
  • Decoration items; gliiter, lace, ribbon etc
  • Photo of yourself (optional)
