how it works:

Our Online Program follows the same learning program as our Venue-Based Program, with this Online Program, you will learn in-depth what is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Anxiety, how it affects the brain (brain science), your triggers, your safety and avoidance behaviours and literally working on every area of your life to overcome this exhausting lifestyle.

Upon enrolment, you will be given access to an Exclusive Learning Hub, you will have access to your Workbook and your recorded videos to work through every Session. 

A quiz to conclude each session, to confirm your understanding of PTSD and Anxiety, as well as submitting your homework tasks.  Just as if you were in attendance on the venue based program, bringing you that interactivity and 1-1 Coaching.

Working at your own pace, week by week as we work on re-framing the brain and learning coping mechanisms and new techniques that I will teach.  There is no one size fits all for overcoming Psychological Trauma and Anxiety, which is why you will be provided with plenty of different techniques, to find those that work for you.  

Proudly, this program has been very successful with women overcoming years of trauma and anxiety, not only that, the program is now accessed by Professionals and organisations requesting delivery of the program to their service users.

This Journey will help you to embrace and soul search on how behaviours have been formed over time, how you have learned to live in a survival mode that is exhausting.  You will finish with a complete Self-Help Workbook and Certificate of Completion.

There is a One-Off Fee to enrol on the program which includes 3 x 1-1 Coaching Calls.  You will have instant access to your Learning Hub upon payment,  so You can start your sessions straight away! 

I would suggest booking your Coaching Call for end of Session 2, Session 4/5 and end of Session 7. This is more effective to aid your recovery around the time of understanding emotional numbing and the anger session, depending on what area you feel needs to be discussed on your call. 

In order to make this program accessible, we offer a concession fee and an instalment plan.

Online Recovery Program – £405.00 

Payment can be made in full or we offer an invoiced payment plan.  If the payment plan option is selected, a deposit of £85.00 will be required to enrol on the program.  You will then be required to clear your invoice within 10 weeks of registration (equates to £32.00 per week to clear the balance).
